iSelect Fund, 2014–2015 and 2016–present

Working closely with the CEO, venture and sales teams I have designed, built, and managed three company sites with a variety of content types, content protection, single sign-on, and integration with multiple third-party systems. Developed and implemented marketing processes and data-driven strategies to grow industry-specific market networks in agriculture and healthcare that cater to diverse stakeholders. Responsible for technical implementation of data gathering tools and subsequent data analysis and strategy. Also responsible for company communications, SEO, Facebook & LinkedIn advertising and assisting in content promotion. Additionally, I have helped organize and produce over 100+ events, from online webinars to large conferences.

City of Kimmswick, April 2011–2022

Have provided ongoing technical and design support to this historic community on an ongoing, as-needed basis. In this role, I have helped with everything from map making to website development and providing ongoing training to the staff to help them become more tech-savvy.

ITEGA, 2018–2021

Since May 2019, I have helped write and edit Privacy Beat, a weekly digest of the latest news, thought leadership, and regulatory updates on data privacy. I also provide website and CRM support and consult on a variety of topics.

Parents As Teachers, January 2014–August 2016

I started with PAT to build a course on diversity using Moodle learning management software. They later brought me on to work alongside their editorial and design teams to implement InCopy into their editorial process and create new processes that increased efficiency and quality across their large scale curriculum products. I was the go-to person for figuring out complex template and process challenges, which successfully led to taking months off completion time of new products and enabled the non-profit to complete a higher number of customized curriculums with their allocated resources targeted to families individual needs and in 5+ languages.

Digital Intersection, September 2011–September 2014

Provided ongoing website and enterprise-level email marketing support to a variety of corporate clients. Was responsible for building, testing, and deploying large scale email marketing campaigns in ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These clients included YP, Pacific Gas & Electric, MasterChem, Maritz, Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.

Gateway CDI, 2010–2012

Gateway CDI creates and fulfills orders for branded promotional materials for a portfolio of large brands. I worked with their team to redesign a series of e-commerce website to meet their clients brand standards and expectations of design quality. Clients included Mercedes Benz, Smart Car, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Edward Jones and Google. I was also responsible for front-end development on the sites, working closely with their in-house backend programmers.

1st Phorm, September 2008–September 2011

I worked alongside 1st Phorm to build a brand culture and integrated multi-site e-commerce platform as they launched their product line. This included working closely with the CEO to understand his big vision and turn that into actionable steps including graphic design, brand messaging, website development, SEO and SEM marketing, content promotion, and social media marketing.
